![]() All cameras are POE and connected to a Cisco switch. There are no firewall rules in place to block traffic. I'm running a Unifi Security Gateway Pro and I haven't made any changes to it either. I didn't change my network settings and I didn't install any new apps. I have tried changing these settings to see if it helped but it did not. Under 'edit'/ 'Stream & recording', I have the dropdown set to multiple streams and the 'Enable recording' box is checked. If I go to 'edit' then click 'test', I get the green check mark and i see a thumbnail of the video. 'Recording settings' show 'Stream 1 stopped / no connection. He status of the cameras show status 'connecting'. I can also log into my camera web interfaces successfully and see there is video streaming. However, when I go back out to 'Camera Settings', the cameras show as disconnected.
